Summary: The SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst/UAT and BST Tester will conduct FIT/GAP analyses to compare current business processes with the target SAP system. This role involves collaborating with business partners to gather requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring alignment with the product owner on solution vision. The analyst will also prepare and support user training and testing activities while working within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform FIT/GAP analysis of business processes against the target SAP system.
• Interact with business partners to identify processes and user requirements.
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodology.
• Conduct conceptual solution design and align with the product owner on prioritization.
• Explain functional requirements implementation in SAP to business partners.
• Transfer requirements and solution concepts to functional analysts.
• Define impact of changes to the SAP system and ensure deliverables meet readiness criteria.
• Prepare and support User Training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Simulation Testing (BST).

Key Skills:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in User Training, UAT, and BST.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven experience in SAP Supply Chain Analysis.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices sector (including GxP).
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
• Experience working in international project teams with milestone tracking.
• Ability to work independently and maintain compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP cross-system flow of goods and APO global ATP check.
• Experience collaborating with off-shore ABAP teams.
