Summary: The NetSuite Optimisation Consultant role involves finalising the implementation project and optimising the NetSuite system for a prestigious UK-wide employer based in Hemel Hempstead. The position requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting as it relates to finance systems, with responsibilities including managing system rollouts, overseeing integrations, and supporting user training. This interim role is expected to last between 6 to 12 months and will initially require five days in the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the business's financial processes through effective use of NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support finance teams working within the NetSuite platform.
• Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of processes within NetSuite.
• Manage system rollouts and updates, ensuring clear communication with users and delivering appropriate training and support to stakeholders.
• Oversee and coordinate integrations with third-party applications connected to NetSuite.
• Take ownership of the system’s ongoing development and continuous improvement.
• Assess business requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with user needs.
• Ensure NetSuite is configured and maintained to drive process efficiency across the business.
• Support and develop user knowledge to ensure effective and confident use of the platform.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of NetSuite and finance/accounting principles.

• Proficient in user acceptance testing (UAT) and user testing.
