Summary: We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management and Rebates. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Order-to-Cash processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure integration with Finance and Materials Management and provide hands-on configuration and proactive solutions. This position is open to remote work, preferably within the EST and CST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all activities related to SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Handle OTC process design and configuration, including fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and test planning.
- Manage and resolve enhancements, backlog items, and break/fix issues.
- Collaborate with ABAP, SD, and Finance teams to deliver high-quality developments.
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
- Perform go-live support and hypercare, ensuring seamless system adoption.
- Align solutions with best practices and standardization across global business functions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SD / OTC end-to-end configurations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Settlement Management (S/4HANA) rebates, commissions, and royalties.
- At least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC implementations.
- Expertise in system configuration, integration (SD-FI, SD-MM), and Fiori apps (including CDS views).
- Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Experience working with ASAP or Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of pricing routines, RICEFW objects, BADI, and BAPI implementations.
- Ability to create functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.
- Skilled in enhancements, solution design, and cross-functional impact analysis.
- Excellent communication skills; able to act as liaison between business and technical teams.
