Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the finance system implementation programme and drive it through to successful delivery
- Rapidly assess the current programme plan, identifying risks, dependencies, and priorities
- Re-engage stakeholders and re-establish clear governance, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage and lead a small team of Business Analysts, ensuring effective alignment and productivity
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to ensure alignment between programme objectives and business outcomes
- Influence and engage stakeholders across the wider organisation to support successful adoption
- Ensure programme reporting, progress tracking, and communication are transparent and consistent
- Drive readiness for go-live, managing testing, training, and transition activities
