Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the finance system implementation programme and drive it through to successful delivery
  • Rapidly assess the current programme plan, identifying risks, dependencies, and priorities
  • Re-engage stakeholders and re-establish clear governance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage and lead a small team of Business Analysts, ensuring effective alignment and productivity
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to ensure alignment between programme objectives and business outcomes
  • Influence and engage stakeholders across the wider organisation to support successful adoption
  • Ensure programme reporting, progress tracking, and communication are transparent and consistent
  • Drive readiness for go-live, managing testing, training, and transition activities

Our client is seeking an Interim Programme Manager to take ownership of a critical finance system implementation. With the go-live currently scheduled for July, and a contingency window until September, this is a pivotal role to ensure successful delivery. You will step in to revitalise the programme, provide clear leadership, and maintain delivery momentum following a change in internal programme leadership.
