Summary: The SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE Segmentation Expert will lead the design and deployment of segmentation functionalities within a retail and fashion context. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for inventory segmentation and allocation. The expert will ensure that new processes align with evolving business needs while maintaining operational efficiency. The position is remote and requires support for users in the US PT time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing channel and inventory processes, including e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and emerging segments.
• Collaborate with business users to define segmentation use cases, data flows, and reallocation scenarios.
• Establish guidelines for managing and updating segment assignments based on inventory insights.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE Segmentation functionalities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Integrate segmentation with relevant SAP modules and external tools.
• Set up prioritization rules for sales orders and stock transport orders within segments.
• Define integration touchpoints with third-party systems for data accuracy.
• Facilitate scheduled data feeds to planning tools.
• Establish processes for inventory reallocation among segments based on market demands.
• Document segmentation best practices and prepare knowledge transfer sessions for users.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally RISE PCE.
• Proven track record configuring Segmentation functionalities in a live environment.
• Familiarity with inventory planning tools and interfaces.
• Understanding of multi-channel retail operations.
• Exposure to specialized retail workflows such as pre-orders and drop-ship.
• Strong insight into integration points between SAP SD, MM, PP, and external systems.
