Summary: We are looking for a Senior SAP Financial Supply Chain Management Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FSCM solutions within the Public Sector. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge in SAP Collections Management, Dispute Management, Credit Management, and Biller Direct, with a focus on modernizing financial processes in accordance with public sector regulations. This role requires collaboration with government finance stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with government finance stakeholders to understand and document business needs gather and validate business requirements.
  • Drive client transformation initiatives by analyzing current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimized future-state processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA FSCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, configuration rationales, and design documents for FSCM components.
  • Define test strategies, lead complex testing efforts, and ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous validation.
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and other functional consultants to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Identify and document Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) related to FSCM.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and status updates with business and project leadership.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP FSCM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM modules:
  • Collections Management
  • Dispute Management
  • Credit Management
  • Biller Direct
  • Deep understanding of FSCM integration points with SAP FI, SD, and external systems.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
