Summary: The SAP Production Planning Consultant role involves providing expert advice and developing solutions within SAP for a leading Aerospace and Defence organization. The consultant will lead projects, manage stakeholders, and enhance business processes while ensuring adherence to standards. This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to support both new and existing solutions. The role is remote with occasional travel to Yeovil and requires full security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from design to completion, ensuring required business outputs are achieved.
- Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Take ownership of and resolve complex technical problems within your specialty.
- Manage work and time effectively to meet Service Level Agreements for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects.
- Challenge and respond to process issues, providing support for data migration projects as needed.
- Understand business data requirements and translate them into solution frameworks and architectures.
- Collaborate with business experts and technical resources to facilitate resolution of incidents and problems.
- Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development of code elements and review deliverables.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to internal and external standards.
