  • Analyse business requirements, perform data analysis, and support solution design across SAP FS-RI

  • Support and coordinate testing, training, and documentation activities
  • Contribute to reporting, batch processing and closing process improvements

  • Strong expertise in SAP FS-RI (Financial Services Reinsurance)
  • Proven experience working on SAP FS-RI implementations as a Business Analyst

  • Experience within reinsurance environments (assumed, ceded, or pooling)
  • Ability to operate between business and technical teams effectively

Robert Half, an S&P 500 global staffing firm, are supporting a global consulting organisation in recruiting for an interim contractor to join as an Associate and support delivery across a financial services client, specifically within the insurance and reinsurance market. This engagement sits within a core reinsurance technology team responsible for the ongoing implementation, maintenance and enhancement of a central SAP FS-RI platform. The system supports multiple business scenarios including assumed reinsurance, ceded reinsurance and pooling across international programmes. With a strong pipeline of delivery work, the focus will be on supporting an active SAP FS-RI implementation, working closely with both business stakeholders and development teams to drive requirements, reporting capability, and system enhancements.

Assignment Details

Rate: Competitive day rate ( outside IR35 anticipated, subject to confirmation )

Contract: c. 9 Months engagement until end of 2026 with potential extension

Location: UK-based – mostly remote with occasional travel to offices for workshops (as required)

Start: ASAP - anticipated April 2026 after interview process
