SAP FI/CO Consultant

Summary: The role of SAP FI/CO Consultant involves leading and supporting the transition from ECC 6 to S/4HANA, focusing on customization, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities:

• ECC 6 to S/4HANA Program Experience Senior Techno Functional Consultant - Must be confident with customization and configuration work and be efficient in this area.
• Support change management activities including user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support cutover planning and execution, including hyper care and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Lead and support SIT, UAT, and regression testing for FI/CO processes.
• Support finance data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation with pharma-specific master data (batch management, product costing).
• Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, QM) critical to pharmaceutical operations.
• Work closely with ABAP developers and technical teams to implement customizations, interfaces, and enhancements.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years' experience as a FI/CO consultant.
• At least 2 full implementations within pharma / CDMO setting.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and differences vs. ECC.
• Strong personality - able to drive colleagues and problem solve.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification - (Nice to have/Not essential).
