Summary: The Salesforce Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs by coordinating efforts across business, product, and engineering teams. This role involves driving project planning, execution, and risk management while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
