Summary: The Salesforce Technical Consultant role is a remote, 3-month contract position focused on supporting a non-profit organization during a critical project delivery phase. The consultant will leverage their expertise in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud to optimize CRM processes and enhance donor journeys. This position requires strong hands-on configuration skills and the ability to work independently in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on configuration within Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Support internal users and stakeholders by optimizing CRM processes and donor journeys
- Configure custom objects, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and automations
- Contribute APEX development expertise where custom functionality is required
- Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable, maintainable solutions
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Expert-level configuration skills, with the ability to work independently
- Experience creating advanced flows, automations, and reports
- Working knowledge of APEX and custom development best practices
- Must be based in the UK with full right to work – no sponsorship available
