Summary: The role of Service Designer involves conducting a comprehensive review of existing service designs for a global telecommunications company. This is a hybrid position based in London, offered on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive as-is service design reviews.
  • Support customer onboarding and journey optimization initiatives.
  • Design omnichannel experiences.
  • Create journey maps and service blueprints.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools for service improvement.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes using design software.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in service design.
  • Strong experience in customer onboarding and journey optimization.
  • Expertise in omnichannel experience design.
  • Proficiency in journey mapping and service blueprinting.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Extensive wireframing and prototyping skills with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
