Summary: The role of Service Designer involves conducting a comprehensive review of existing service designs for a global telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive as-is service design reviews.
- Support customer onboarding and journey optimization initiatives.
- Design omnichannel experiences.
- Create journey maps and service blueprints.
- Utilize data and analytics tools for service improvement.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes using design software.

- Proven experience in service design.
- Strong experience in customer onboarding and journey optimization.
- Expertise in omnichannel experience design.
- Proficiency in journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Extensive wireframing and prototyping skills with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
