Summary: The role of Salesforce Technical Architect requires a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. The position involves collaborating with the developer team, creating technical designs, and ensuring project delivery aligns with best practices. Candidates must possess extensive Salesforce experience and strong analytical skills to manage multiple assignments effectively. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the developer team to ensure that projects are delivered correctly and on time.
- Perform impact analysis in all aspects of the Salesforce domain.
- Create technical design, system architecture, operation readiness documents, and gain approval from the Architecture Review Board.
- Demonstrate experience with writing SQL queries and ad hoc reporting.
- Experience with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and Javascript.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs on how to integrate with 3rd party tools and limitations.
- Understanding of release management process and CI/CD pipeline (i.e. Github, Copado, etc.).
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Strong quantitative and conceptual abilities.
- Ability to perform multiple assignments under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (i.e. Salesforce Architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- High School degree or experience in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
