Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Salesforce.com solutioning and development in Apex, Lightning, and OmniStudio.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in coding and configuration.
- Collaborate with clients in the USA and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
- Guide junior developers in implementing Apex/Visualforce/Lightning solutions.
- Develop dynamic FlexCards and advanced OmniScripts for user experiences.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST services.
- Conduct unit testing and follow best practices for deployment and migration.
- Engage with Enterprise Architecture teams for Salesforce Data Modeling discussions.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio, Discovery framework, LWC, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce administration.
- Experience in healthcare payer/insurance industry is a plus.

DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE
Very good experience in having implemented Salesforce solutions, from a development perspective. Hand-holding junior developers in ensuring Apex/Visualforce/Lightning based solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Must Have: Experience of at least 2-3 Actual Projects in Oministudio, Salesforce.com LIGHTNING version, including working on Aura framework, and creating Lightning components/LWC
Extensive hands-on experience with OmniStudio components including DataRaptors (Extract, Transform, Load), Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and OmniScripts.
Skilled in using DataRaptor formulas, filtering, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
Proven ability to develop dynamic, responsive FlexCards with custom actions, data sources, styling, and state management.
Expertise in building advanced OmniScripts for guided user experiences, leveraging conditional views, multi-step flows, and data transformations.
Experience in Vlocity is a huge plus
Strong Experience with Apex, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, SOQL and Java-script
Must be able to engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling
Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario
Done Technical Solutioning evaluating Configuration vs Coding and making the best choices for Customization.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding
Very good experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services
Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture. And experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API.
Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi or Cast Iron or Mulesoft
Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored procedures is essential
Follow unit testing and test class best practices, and be capable of coding for positive/negative scenarios
Must have experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tool, and working on solving deployment errors
Good to have Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web-services, Google APIs, JQuery/any other java-script framework. Object oriented programming experience in J2EE/.Net platforms.
