Summary: Infinite Solutions Inc is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager with extensive experience in managing technology modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the California Project Management Framework, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role requires a minimum of ten years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce data and integration projects. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage modernization projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Lead technical teams and influence business partners while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Provide Project Management services using the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF).
  • Utilize ALM tools for project management.
  • Maintain project schedules and create schedule-based reports using tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Manage projects related to data integration and Salesforce data.
  • Oversee projects related to IBM mainframe applications for OLTP and batch processing.
  • Handle CA DMV projects effectively.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience managing projects with budgets of $10 million or higher.
  • Experience with the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF).
  • Proficiency in ALM tools.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling tools, particularly Microsoft Project.
  • Active professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or ITIL.
  • Experience managing Salesforce data projects.
  • Prior experience with CA DMV projects.

Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Salesforce Project Manager

Mandatory skills

  1. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing modernization projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), leading technical teams and influencing business partners, demonstrating strong organizational skills and capacity to lead all aspects of project management.
  2. At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience within the last five (5) years, as a project manager of one or more technology modernization projects that had a project budget of $10 million dollars or higher.
  3. At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience within the last five (5) years providing Project Management services using the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF).
  4. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ALM tools.
  5. At least three (10) years of full-time equivalent experience within the last five (15) years demonstrating a good understanding of project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and maintaining a project schedule as well as creating schedule-based reports.
  6. Professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master or ITIL. Each certificate must be active.
  7. A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects related to data integration or exposing SaaS, PaaS, or client-server data to IBM mainframe applications for OLTP and batch processing purposes.
  8. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing projects related to Salesforce data.
  9. Prior experience managing CA DMV projects.
