Summary: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce features for a Veterans Affairs product. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with federal standards. The developer will also implement complex business logic and maintain documentation for deployed solutions. A key requirement is the ability to obtain a VA Public Trust Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce features for a VA product.
  • Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API services.
  • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and federal security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management.
  • Maintain documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
  • Ability to obtain a VA Public Trust Clearance.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

  • Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API services.
  • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
