Summary: The Salesforce Developer role is a 12-month remote position requiring SC security clearance eligibility. The candidate must possess extensive experience with Salesforce, including development tools and methodologies, and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.
- Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
- Lead and mentor team members in Salesforce best practices.
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities in project execution.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Key Skills:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce and multiple Salesforce certifications.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce projects.
- Understanding of web development concepts and languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
