Summary: The HR Process Analyst role at AstraZeneca is a temporary position focused on mapping, analyzing, and documenting HR processes to align with business needs and global standards. The analyst will collaborate with various HR teams and technology partners to identify inefficiencies and contribute to the rollout of solutions, including user acceptance testing. This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills and experience in HR systems, particularly Workday. The position is integral to enhancing operational efficiency within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support mapping, analyzing, and documenting HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and regional HR partners to align processes with business needs.
  • Identify and document inefficiencies in current processes and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with HR technology teams to ensure solutions integrate with HR systems like Workday.
  • Contribute to the functional rollout of solutions, including creating user guides and reference documents.
  • Act as UAT coordinator for thorough testing and validation of implemented processes.

Key Skills:

  • 2–3 years' experience in process design, operations, or analysis, ideally in HR or business services.
  • Proven expertise in AS-IS process mapping and understanding data impact on processes.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for process improvements.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Skilled in conducting root-cause analyses and developing recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clear documentation.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across global HR teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
