Summary: The Salesforce Architect role involves designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales, Service, and Commerce. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that span multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Commerce, and Consumer Goods)
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Create detailed technical documentation including solution design documents, data models, and integration frameworks
• Develop and maintain Golden Templates for consistent implementation across projects and business units
• Establish standardized deployment models using Global Templates to accelerate implementation timelines
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution approaches
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governance standards
• Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and custom development options
• Create proof-of-concepts to validate solution designs
• Manage solution architecture across the entire project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features across all relevant clouds
