Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Production Planning, Scheduling, and OEE solutions within a Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle-based systems and Tracksys applications. This role requires effective stakeholder management and collaboration to ensure successful project implementation. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Production Planning, Scheduling, and OEE solutions.
• Manage projects within a Manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
• Oversee integration with Oracle-based systems.
• Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure Tracksys applications are effectively implemented (if applicable).

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering Production Planning, Scheduling, and OEE solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle-based systems.
