Summary: The Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager will oversee compliance initiatives related to the Digital Services Act, EUSTR, and Online Safety Act within a global organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely delivery of compliance initiatives, working closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
• Define and document regulatory compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with broader compliance goals.
• Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership.
• Work cross-functionally, leading working groups across teams.
• Support risk assessments related to DSA and OSA.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and/or compliance project management.
• Experience working on compliance projects within platforms or tech environments is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using Asana for project tracking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
