Radiant Logic Development and Deployment Engineer

Summary: The Radiant Logic Development and Deployment Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Radiant Logic Virtual Directory solutions. The role requires deep expertise in directory virtualization, data integration, and identity data synchronization, collaborating closely with IAM architects and security teams. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability across identity systems. This position is fully remote and outside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RadiantOne FID (Federated Identity Directory) solutions to integrate multiple identity data sources (LDAP, AD, DB, etc.).
• Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of Radiant Logic environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
• Work closely with IAM architects to define data models and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with application teams to onboard new identity sources or consumers.
• Document configuration changes, architecture diagrams, and operational processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to support and operations teams.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Radiant Logic FID / RadiantOne.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Global Identity Builder (GIB)
• Radiant DataSync
• Radiant Cloud Federation Services (RCFS) (preferred)
