Key Responsibilities:
- Support the University's quality assurance policies and procedures related to program development, modification, and approval.
- Ensure quality assurance and enhancement within program approval, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of academic programs.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with the Head of Quality Assurance and other senior staff within Academic Registry.
