Summary: The Administrator role based in Preston involves managing recruitment processes, including pre-screening and onboarding, while adhering to data protection guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating pre-screening processes, including occupational health and security vetting.
- Monitoring progress and updating relevant systems to track time within the recruitment process.
- Updating candidate information across various systems.
- Preparing and initiating onboarding processes, such as setting up IT accounts for new starters.
- Adhering to procedures and policies, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
- Working within set timeframes to meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Recruitment or On-Boarding is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective collaboration and team working skills.
