Summary: The Project Manager role involves overseeing IT staff augmentation services for Commerce and Career Source Florida, focusing on project management processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination, status reporting, and management of project-oriented work efforts.
- Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
- Assemble project plans and other project documents; manage, direct, and monitor work efforts on a daily basis; identify resource needs, perform quality reviews; and escalate issues appropriately.
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, timeline, risk, and resources of the project.
- Assist Program Manager(s) in partnering with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, business administration, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management certification or successful completion of an industry recognized project management curriculum is required.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience, including seven (7) or more years managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and programmatic areas.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management techniques.

Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks:
Contractor and/or Contractor's staff will assist Commerce and Career Source Florida with the following hourly IT Staff Augmentation Services, also known as non-project-oriented personnel resources:
- Coordination, status reporting, and management of project-oriented work efforts.
- Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria:
Contractor shall possess the professional and technical skills necessary to perform the services required by this contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skills and experience to perform the services assigned to them.
Contractor and/or Contractor's Staff assigned to this Contract shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
