Summary: The Project Manager role is a 100% remote position responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle for program implementation across 40+ clients. The candidate will lead day-to-day management, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders while addressing any barriers to project completion. Strong leadership, conflict management, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. A background in healthcare and project management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project lifecycle.
  • Regularly sync with client-facing teams to ensure task completion and clear barriers to completion.
  • Work with analysts, data engineering teams, and executives to create, maintain, and manage the program schedule.
  • Ensure timely generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of project information.
  • Collate project status reports and keep project teams, stakeholders, and executives informed of program status and related issues.
  • Build and drive open communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage resolution of program issues effectively and independently.

What the role entails:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related discipline with information technology or healthcare focus.
- Project Management Certification.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience of multiple, complex client implementation or program management projects.
