Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Communication: Keep cross-functional teams and senior leadership informed on project results and communications.
- Project Prioritisation: Manage a large volume of projects across thousands of retail doors, tackling tight deadlines and complex challenges with guidance from the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day merchandising maintenance to maximise compliance levels and optimise customer experiences, collaborating with multiple third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Reporting Insights: Manage and report on merchandising maintenance and field execution results to internal stakeholders.
- Production Understanding: Familiarise yourself with display fixture production and installation processes to prepare effective workback schedules and deliverables.
- Best Practises: Understand various retailer third-party labour operations to drive top-notch execution.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Field Sales teams to execute initiatives with precision.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison among regional labour partners, fixture companies, and field sales to address any arising issues.
- Process Management: Create, maintain, and enforce operational processes regionally with third-party labour partners.
- Invoice Processing: Handle all invoices while ensuring projects remain on budget, working closely with the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
Key Skills:
- Experience in retail in-store merchandising (brand, vendor, or agency side).
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven communication skills to share programme updates clearly across broad teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail in tracking and articulating complex fixture installations.
- Strong relationship management experience with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
- Experience in various organisational environments with differing cultures.
