Summary: The Project Analyst role at World Wide Technology involves coordinating the delivery of a program that migrates customer circuits, requiring effective management of tasks and communication with partners and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and drive key deliverables for customer site preparations for circuit migration.
• Manage site surveys, remediation, and connectivity kit shipping and pre-staging.
• Facilitate field services coordination and circuit migration processes.
• Liaise with customers and WWT suppliers to ensure task management and delivery.
• Validate tasks and progress using WWT’s ITSM tool.
• Support troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Raise access requests and changes on the customer’s in-house system Remedy.
• Generate purchase orders using the customer’s internal system (Oracle).
• Assist the service delivery manager with status reports for stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries.
• Identify gaps in systems and processes for service improvement.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams for effective communication.

Key Skills:

• Service desk experience in an operations environment.
• 1+ years of experience in an operations environment.
• Proficiency in using ITSM tools and customer management systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and track deliverables effectively.
• Experience with Oracle and Remedy systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
