Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight for quality delivery of all projects in assigned teams.
• Collaborate with PM Team Leaders to maintain balanced delivery across projects.
• Accountable for overall delivery performance of a portfolio of projects.
• Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of reporting tools.
• Deliver program review presentations to leadership.
• Manage multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Coach others in appropriate risk management and resolve high-risk issues.
• Promote adherence to best practices, tools, and processes in project management.
• Participate in accurate forecasting of staffing demands for projects.
• Communicate business strategy and goals effectively across the organization.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of project management experience with external customers.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations.
• 3+ years managing large, complex projects (5000+ hours).
• Strong consulting experience in Program and Project Management.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred.
• Knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodology preferred.
• Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent.
