Summary: The Program Manager at Liaison Care will play a crucial role in managing and developing work plans to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality results in the health and care sector. This position requires strong program management experience and excellent organizational skills to oversee project progress and maintain alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and providing regular updates on program outcomes. This role is essential for supporting the company's growth and maintaining its leadership position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programmes from requirements definition through to deployment, including identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, with risk mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with delivery teams to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Ensure that programmes stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyse program progress and adjust scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to meet programme requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing changes or concerns.
  • Report program outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels as needed.

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
  • Educated to A Level standard.
