Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners, users, designers, and engineering to ensure solutions achieve business objectives.
- Perform story mapping exercises with the team to break down work for development.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and participate in Roadmap Planning and sprint activities.
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure the product meets all requirements.
- Guide the creation of user-facing communication and education for new features.
- Refine the product vision and strategy in partnership with product leadership.
- Execute discovery activities with engineering and UX/research to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the UX team to create usable, validated experiences through rapid feedback and usability testing.
- Perform end-user shadowing/interviews with stakeholders to identify user problems.
- Understand DaVita's identified business problems to advance the product effectively.
- Identify and track OKRs for outcome-based advancements of the product.
- Use data to formulate problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiable.
- Leverage product analytics to make informed decisions, monitor performance, and continuously improve the product toward OKR achievement.
- Evaluate and prioritize potential features for the product area, aligning them to respective objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
