Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with extensive experience in ITSM Performance Analytics to enhance and optimize analytics environments for our clients. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive requirements sessions and configure Performance Analytics solutions. The consultant will work closely with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and provide expert guidance on Performance Analytics strategy. The position is remote and requires at least one CIS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review and enhancement of existing ServiceNow ITSM Performance Analytics configurations, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
- Atleast One CIS Certification is Mandatory
- Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Configure and optimize Performance Analytics indicators, data collectors, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards following best practices.
- Provide expert advisory guidance on Performance Analytics strategy, governance, and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with customer teams to validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate proactively and clearly while working in a staff-augmentation capacity under customer direction.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Performance Analytics (PA).
- Proven experience designing, configuring, and optimizing PA dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, reporting, and ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership in solution direction.
- Experience supporting requirements workshops and refining user stories.
