Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder goals.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap creation, requirements definition, and release management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and product leadership, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and guide decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing analyses to identify new opportunities, risks, and market trends affecting the product roadmap.
- Lead stakeholder communications by providing updates, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations throughout product development.
- Continuously identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance product efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Media background required; experience within marketing, content, or fintech environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products that achieve measurable business goals.
- Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and viewpoints.
- Familiarity with multiple product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global media and entertainment company to recruit a Product Manager to join their team. This is a 100% remote contract role (candidates must be U.S.-based) with a preference for individuals located in the Eastern Time Zone to align with team operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, a strong media background, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, East Coast hours preferred)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $70-$75/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
