Product Manager

Summary: App Genie is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Product Manager to actively participate in the product development process, from ideation to launch. The role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and partners, analyzing user needs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be familiar with MVP approaches and possess strong communication skills in English. This position offers a remote working environment within a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all stages of product development from ideation to launch.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and business partners.
• Analyze user needs and develop solutions accordingly.
• Create, implement, and continuously update the product roadmap.
• Design and manage launch processes for quickly testable MVP versions.
• Take initiative in undefined projects and own the process.
• Manage multiple products/projects simultaneously.

Key Skills:

• Experience in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Familiarity with MVP approach and a culture of lean and fast delivery.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive approach, and strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Linear, Figma, Firebase, Amplitude, and RevenueCat.
• Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with the software team.
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools and working methods.
