Summary: The Procurement Data, Process & Governance Manager will play a crucial role in transforming procurement processes, tools, and systems for a Fortune 100 firm. This position involves leading the development of data, process, and governance solutions to enhance supply management performance and mitigate risks. The role includes ownership of the Source to Pay process and coordination of data initiatives across countries. The successful candidate will ensure that procurement processes are documented and aligned with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of procurement processes including risk, governance, and data.
- End to end Source to Pay Process Ownership.
- Entry point on data processes, governance, and data management.
- Implement global and local standards for Supply Management Data.
- Create and deliver data, process, systems, and governance roadmap.
- Coordinator of country data initiatives and guarantor of their fit for business purpose.
- Ensure Supply Management processes related to vendor governance and data management are documented and implemented.
- Departmental representative in managing the risk profile of the vendor landscape.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience in Data Management & Data Governance (3-5 years).
- CDMP certified or affiliation with DAMA desired.
- Knowledge of Supply Management & Procurement desired.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
- Proven track record in complex relationship management.
- Good knowledge of data quality issues/challenges & data management processes.
- Experience in project management with the ability to build and deliver a roadmap of initiatives.
- Experience in working with IT teams desired.
