Summary: The Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant will lead and deliver high-impact financial planning and analysis projects within a leading consultancy. This role requires extensive experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and involves managing stakeholder relationships while overseeing project teams. The consultant will also drive process improvements and support business development efforts. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial transformation projects for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance on financial planning and digital transformation.
- Oversee project teams, mentoring consultants and ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial planning capabilities.
- Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities and client proposals.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
