Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Person Model, Person of Interest (POI), Hire/Rehire processes, and Fluid UI
• People Tools expertise: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes
• Experience reviewing, modifying, and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll, benefits, HR data updates)
• Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic
• Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management, payroll, benefits, onboarding tools)
• Ability to assess current configuration and recommend an implementation approach
• Experience writing technical design documentation
• Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model
