Key Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Person Model, Person of Interest (POI), Hire/Rehire processes, and Fluid UI
- People Tools expertise: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes
- Experience reviewing, modifying, and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll, benefits, HR data updates)
- Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic
- Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management, payroll, benefits, onboarding tools)
- Ability to assess current configuration and recommend an implementation approach
- Experience writing technical design documentation
- Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model
