Summary: The role of Peoplesoft Administrator involves supporting and enhancing enterprise PeopleSoft environments, including HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Campus Solutions, hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance enterprise PeopleSoft environments (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Campus Solutions).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of PeopleSoft systems.
- Manage lifecycle activities including patching, updates, and environment provisioning.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Apply tax updates, PUM images, and manage tools upgrades.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft administration experience.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.62.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Oracle RDBMS.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Deep understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, including domains, Integration Broker, and security.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred: Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager in OCI.
