Summary: The role of PeopleSoft Administrator requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in managing and supporting PeopleSoft environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PeopleSoft Administration support across all environments (DEV, TEST, QA, PROD).
- Perform and support PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM 53) activities, including image management, application updates, patches, and fixes.
- Manage Integration Broker, including configuration and adding all service operations to the PROD Integration Broker gateway.
- Support PUM 53 go-live, TAX25D, and ROTH update go-live activities.
- Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft application servers, web servers, and process schedulers.
- Perform PeopleSoft installations, upgrades, and environment refreshes. Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and resolve performance-related issues.
- Manage security administration, including user profiles, roles, permissions, and access troubleshooting.
- Perform backup, recovery, and cloning of PeopleSoft environments.
- Apply PeopleTools patches, bug fixes, and critical updates.
- Support batch processing, job scheduling, and troubleshoot Process Scheduler issues.
- Ensure system compliance, stability, and high availability.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, database, and infrastructure teams during deployments and issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change management records.
