Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Consultant to implement and support Oracle's Supply Planning Cloud solutions. The role involves configuring the Planning module, conducting requirement gathering, and integrating with other SCM modules. The consultant will also develop test scripts, provide user support, and optimize supply chain processes. This position is remote and targets candidates from the Bay Area, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage implementation or support of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud module.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to analyze business needs.
- Configure and customize the Planning module based on client requirements.
- Integrate Supply Planning with other SCM modules such as Demand Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
- Develop and execute functional test scripts; assist with UAT and go-live support.
- Create and deliver documentation, training materials, and user support.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to supply planning issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and planning parameters.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM with at least 2+ years in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
- Demand Management
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Planning Central / Supply Chain Planning Suite
- Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts such as MRP, DRP, ATP, supply/demand matching, and constraint-based planning.
- Experience in functional configurations, setups, and end-to-end implementation cycles.
- Proficiency in Fusion SCM Cloud data model and FBDI / ADFDI templates.
- Experience with planning analytics, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
