Job Title: Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Administrator


Contract Type: 12-Month Contract


Location: Remote (within the US)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, installing, and configuring Oracle Service Bus (OSB) solutions, including business services, complex message flows, and advanced configurations. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based within the United States.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, install, and configure Oracle Service Bus (OSB), including business services, complex message flows, error handling, security protocols, and reporting.

  • Work with 10R3 and the latest versions of OSB to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

  • Lead and execute upgrade and migration tasks, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal downtime.

  • Integrate OSB with existing security infrastructures and applications to meet enterprise requirements.

  • Configure and maintain a highly available SOA infrastructure, ensuring reliability and system resilience.

  • Perform WebLogic Server configuration and management to support OSB operations.

  • Manage changes between BEA ALSB environments while maintaining system integrity and alignment with business requirements.

  • Continuously monitor the health of the service bus, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.


Required Qualifications:



  • Proven experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB), including advanced configurations and customizations.

  • Expertise in upgrade and migration processes for OSB environments.

  • Strong knowledge of WebLogic Server configuration and management.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate OSB with security infrastructures and third-party applications.

  • Experience with configuring SOA infrastructures for high availability and performance.

  • Familiarity with managing changes in BEA ALSB environments.

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques to assess and maintain service bus health.


Preferred Skills:



  • Hands-on experience with the latest OSB versions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.


Work Environment:
