Summary: The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Compensation & Benefits) role involves working remotely in the UK with occasional onsite requirements in London or Birmingham. The consultant will leverage their expertise to design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on compensation and benefits. This position requires collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to deliver impactful HR transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM and experience in compensation planning and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Compensation & Benefits modules
- Design and manage salary structures, bonus and incentive programs, and workforce compensation cycles
- Develop Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
- Configure eligibility profiles and compensation frameworks
- Build and maintain Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules
- Support integrations with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management
- Work with reporting and data tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI & BI Publisher
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Provide support for system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits modules, salary and incentive configuration, and workforce compensation planning
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Solid understanding of integrations across HR, Payroll, and Absence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
- Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), knowledge of UK HR/Payroll regulations, exposure to large-scale or global Oracle implementations
