Summary: The Oracle HCM Product Analyst will provide functional consulting with a strong technical understanding of Oracle ERP applications, focusing on HCM modules such as HCM Core, OTL, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on HCM processes, Timesheet Processing, and Payroll functions.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure effective validation of HCM functionalities.
  • Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Utilize a solid understanding of the technical aspects of Oracle ERP applications, including data structure, customizations, and integration points.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Function as a consultant to business stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices and process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the business stream leads/users, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in HCM modules (HCM Core, OTL, Payroll).
  • Strong functional knowledge combined with a technical understanding of Oracle ERP HCM module, integrations, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
