Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL Functional Consultant involves managing customer interactions and providing application support for Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules. - Interact and manage customer Business & IT.

- Handle various components including process, configurations, Fast Formulae, and reports for OTL and Absence.
Key Skills:

- 2+ end-to-end implementation experience in OTL and Absence module.

The primary responsibility will be to interact and manage customer Business & IT and
responsible for successfully supporting (AMS) Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules.
This position will be responsible for troubleshooting the issues arising during BAU,
leading discussions with Business / IT for resolutions
