Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL Functional Consultant involves managing customer interactions and providing application support for Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules. The consultant will troubleshoot issues, lead discussions for resolutions, and ensure successful implementation and support of these modules. A strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud with extensive experience in functional capacities is required. The position is remote and requires significant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact and manage customer Business & IT.
- Support Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during BAU.
- Lead discussions with Business/IT for resolutions.
- Handle various components including process, configurations, Fast Formulae, and reports for OTL and Absence.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree.
- 12+ years of Information Technology experience.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence module in a Functional Capacity.
- 2+ end-to-end implementation experience in OTL and Absence module.
- 1+ Production Support experience in OTL and Absence module.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle OTL and Absence module.
- Experience in leading strategic discussions with Business users.
- Good working knowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, Fast Formulae, OTBI.
- Knowledge of Agile practices.
- Experience in a Global delivery environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

The primary responsibility will be to interact and manage customer Business & IT and
responsible for successfully supporting (AMS) Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules.
This position will be responsible for troubleshooting the issues arising during BAU,
leading discussions with Business / IT for resolutions
associated with various components process, configurations, Fast Formulae, reports for OTL and Absence area. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent degree
12+ years of Information Technology experience
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence module in Functional Capacity
2+ end-2-end implementation experience in OTL and Absence module
1+ Production Support experience in OTL and Absence module
Hands-on experience in working on Oracle OTL and Absence module
Experience in leading strategic discussion with Business users on business process functional areas of OTL and Absences.
Good working knowledge on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), Fast Formulae, OTBI
Knowledge of Agile practices
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
12+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Good understanding on Payroll touch points.
Good working knowledge on HCM technical tools including HCM Extract, Visual Builder Studio
Good working ability in Oracle Cloud - Global HR, Security, Payroll
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
