Summary: The Senior Oracle Cloud Integration Architect is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, focusing on Oracle SaaS applications. This role involves leading integration strategies, defining standards, and ensuring compliance with security and performance requirements. The architect will also provide technical leadership and collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into effective integration designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and event-driven architectures.
  • Lead integration strategy for Oracle SaaS applications such as ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM, and CX.
  • Define integration standards, best practices, and reusable patterns across the organization.
  • Develop and review complex integrations, orchestrations, adapters, and packages in OIC.
  • Oversee data transformations using XSLT, lookups, and canonical data models.
  • Architect and implement B2B integrations, file-based integrations (FTP/SFTP), and real-time interfaces.
  • Ensure integrations meet security, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business needs into integration designs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and integration teams.

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Solid understanding of SOA concepts, APIs, microservices, and event-based integration patterns.
  • Expertise in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, and API security (OAuth, certificates).
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with on-prem and third-party systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud integration frameworks (FBDI, HDL, BIP reports, web services).
