Summary: Solution IT Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Architect with a focus on public sector clients to lead financial transformation initiatives. The role demands extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly in fund and encumbrance accounting, while overseeing solution design and team development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Oracle Cloud ERP practice with a focus on public sector clients.
  • Serve as the primary solution architect for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, ensuring fit-for-purpose design and compliance.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and budgetary control.
  • Oversee implementations across GL, AP, AR, PO, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related financial modules.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and roadmap for ERP transformation.
  • Mentor project teams, establish best practices, and contribute to knowledge development within the practice. Stay current on Oracle product roadmaps and public sector financial policies to guide solution design.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-module ERP solutions in the public sector.
  • Strong expertise in encumbrance accounting, fund accounting, and compliance-oriented design.
  • Hands-on experience with all major Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, Budgetary Control).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Lead Oracle Cloud ERP to drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with a strong command over fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and all core ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery, and team development while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.
