Summary: The role of SAP C4C/Sales Cloud Functional Consultant focuses on leveraging ISU Utilities experience to address various issues related to C4C Sales within the Utilities Industry. The consultant will validate document flows, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure data integrity across systems. Responsibilities include incident analysis, workflow monitoring, and data integration checks to enhance operational efficiency. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with C4C Sales as it relates to the Utilities Industry (IS-U)
- Quotation & Order Processing Issues Validate document flow, pricing conditions, and replication between C4C and backend ERP/CRM systems to ensure consistency.
- Pipeline & Territory Data Validation Check configuration, assignment rules, and data synchronization for opportunities, accounts, and territories.
- Collaboration with Sales Team Partner with Sales users to validate reported issues, replicate scenarios, and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Activity & Workflow Monitoring Review activity logs, approvals, and workflow triggers to troubleshoot issues in planning, tracking, or task execution.
- Incident Analysis & Root Cause Identification Analyze current incidents, review historical patterns, and determine the technical or functional root cause behind issues
- Data Flow & Integration Checks Verify connectivity and data exchange between C4C, CRM, and ERP systems (middleware logs, iFlows, and web services) to ensure quotations, orders, and opportunities sync correctly
