Summary: The role involves the installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText xECM for SAP, focusing on integration with various SAP modules and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer OpenText xECM for SAP, including Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS.
- Manage xECM environments, including live/web reports, metadata extraction, and scheduling/export features.
- Design and develop workflows using OpenText Content Server.
- Build and modify reports, develop custom taxonomies, and configure Smart UI role-based interfaces.
- Set up and upgrade new xECM environments, perform OSS Note analysis, and conduct system health checks.
- Integrate OpenText xECM with SAP modules including S/4HANA, Ariba, and third-party platforms.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) via OTDS and manage SAP authorizations for secure access.
- Understand and execute deep integrations beyond attachment functionalities using OpenText APIs.
- Leverage ABAP development for customizations and integration enhancements.
- Administer OpenText Content Server and Archive Server; manage security roles.
- Work with programming languages such as ABAP (especially Restful), OT Scripting, JavaScript, SQL, and OOP.
- Utilize Web Services technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, SOA) for integration and automation.
- Participate in full stack development projects and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams; support release/change management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to OpenText and SAP integration.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting OpenText xECM for SAP.
- Proven experience with SAP system integrations and OpenText Content Suite administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and communication abilities.
