Summary: The OneTrust Data Discovery Specialist is a contract-to-hire position focused on managing OneTrust’s Data Discovery module and supporting data privacy monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with OneTrust’s Data Discovery module to support data privacy monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage technical integrations across 2–3 complex data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and discovery issues related to SQL, fileshare, SharePoint, SAP, and other technologies.
  • Support the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring data discovery continuity.
  • Generate and deliver reports from OneTrust, including static and trending data.
  • Own the data discovery process while receiving support from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide input and support for internal and third-party risk security and privacy assessments.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in data discovery or privacy-related roles.
  • Power user of OneTrust, especially the Data Discovery module.
  • Strong experience with technical integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SQL, fileshare, SharePoint, SAP, and other relevant technologies.

Overview We are seeking a skilled Data Discovery Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a OneTrust power user with hands-on experience in data discovery tools and a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and technical integrations. This role involves working closely with OneTrust’s Data Discovery module, managing integrations, and supporting the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with OneTrust’s Data Discovery module to support data privacy monitoring.
