Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate various enterprise and third-party applications with Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Customize authentication flows for different application requirements.
- Migrate header-based authentication applications to modern standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0.
- Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration.
- Implement Okta User Provisioning from external directories and Okta Universal Directory.
- Automate user lifecycle events such as onboarding, role changes, and deactivation.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Okta Workflows for end-to-end user lifecycle management.
- Automate repetitive provisioning and access management tasks.
- Onboard and offboard users to Okta ensuring secure and appropriate application access.
- Maintain compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and JWT standards.
- Ensure authentication and authorization flows are secure and efficient.
- Perform hands-on development/coding in Okta (including custom scripts, hooks, or integrations).
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or provisioning service failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Okta administration and integration.
